I'm a Hatha Yoga practitioner since childhood and enjoyed the magical benefits in the body, mind and soul.
I'm going to teach you'll to get the same benefit. The only purpose is to improve my client health and wellness by using the traditional technique tailored to there individual physical strengths, need and limitation.
Clients can expect traditional asanas, guided meditation, pranayama and relaxation. one to one sessions as well as group sessions are available.

My Class Scheduled on
Tuesday & Friday Early Morning session during Brahma Muhurta.
Private sessions can be planned flexible according to clients request.

At the end of each session you will feel completely relaxed, healthy, blissful, vibrant energized and mind focused.
