I am passionate about teaching and would use an approach that best fits any learner just ensure they understand what I teach. I also do a lot of real life scenarios to make leaning more real by simulations of concepts. Any of my learners who requires some individual attention always gets it in time. Finally I make give my learners tasks for practice on their own but make follow up to ensure they do the assignments. All assignments I give to students must be marked and feedback given in good time.
