I presume a student knows nothing and teach everything from basics to what is required. Communication is key, where the student is lagging we aim to correct and if student is uncomfortable or has views to share i open the ground to discussion. I believe in reading and writing as a ladder to Canaan. Discussion and revision tests test the mind and are therefore are mandatory. I have so far failed none and my methodology has come through and sufficed. As a facilitater im human and acknowledge not knowing everything but guarantee that what i don't know, i will research and offer solutions at the end of the day .
