As a language learner and teacher, I believe in Noam Chomsky’s quote “language is a process of free creations; its laws and principles are fixed but the manner in which the principles of generation are used is free and infinitely varied. Even the interpretation and the use of words involve a process of free creation”. My main goal is to motivate learners to do their best and extend their own personal limits. I encourage my learners to explore and construct their own learning in an environment that stimulates and helps learners to realize their capability. I have had some excellent results with struggling readers and students who had a history of poor performance. I strive to instil love of learning and to make learning exciting and interesting. Many learners who had difficulties with learning is now study with confidence and enjoying studying for pleasure.
