Am result oriented when conducting classes in addition to use of blended in learning mechanism to ensure get to archieve there goals in my classes bit from english language to SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS (STEM) . I use real time examples to enusre the student relates with the concept being taught and well demostartions and definetly making sure the student isnt that bored when the class is on as the many time affects the learning of the students, therefore the needs of the student is my priority in the first place.
