I have 20 years of teaching, middle and senior management experience across age, ability and interest range.

As a teacher, I am unashamedly conversational : my personal experience of being relentlessly lectured and patronised as a student has led me down this road. I can confidently dedicate my teaching style to the rarities who appeared interested in students as people.

I believe that challenging questions breed clarity of thought.

I have a friendly, personable approach which meets students where they are. This allows me to identify next steps to move them forward quickly to where they want to go.
