Hello all,
I am Mr.Vishal.I am currently working as Assistant professor at one of the premier Engineering college in Pune.I strong believe in learning pyramid of National training laboratories Bathel,Maine.This pyramid gives contribution of various parameters on teaching learning process.As per this Pyramid Lecture contributes only 5%,reading 10% Audio visual method of teaching 20%, demonstration 30% and likewise person to person table coaching contributes 90% in teaching learning process.At 12th level most of the students believes in hard work but I think Smart work is also necessary along with hard work during study and exams.Conceptual study is the key factor for success in not only 12th level entrance exams but also drives in further education.during teaching I am always emphasize on concept.If you really interested in concept based education feel free to contact me.
