Medical Students/graduates who aim for the USMLE commit one big mistake most of the time. They clump together all PASSIVE sources of learning (books, videos-lectures, notes, Anki cards) while ignoring the ACTIVE form, which is doing more practice sessions (qbanks) and then hiring someone to pinpoint their weaknesses, makes them aware of those weaknesses and finally come up with a plan to make improvements; ultimately, lifting their score. As a tutor, this is what I am doing for the last two years. I got 266 (95th percentile) on USMLE STEP 2 CK and want to share tips and tricks to achieve this marvelous percentile.
