I am a dependable, hardworking, result driven, self motivated and team player with excellent interpersonal skills combined with great leadership skills.
I mostly use practical, demonstrations, illustrations in a learner centered teaching set up so as to enable learners get the concept by instilling deep thinking in them.
I revise with learners using the required materials by the examination body so that they get familiar with the way examinations are set in that particular subject.
I give assignments/research to learners to allow them research and study even during their free time. This improves their performance.
My goal is to produce learners with 100% pass rate with quality A+ results.
