Firstly, I cover the basic concepts as that helps in understanding the core topic.
Secondly I move towards questions of that particular topic.
Then I move towards topic past papers and finally full length past papers. This structure helps students to build their concepts and helps me as a teacher to understand the weak areas of my students.
I usually take a test before starting the course to understand my students level and then i move ahead to help them specialize that topic.
I give personal attention to each student and maintain a sheet regarding their strengths and weaknesses. It helps us understand each topics level.
Before a month, i teach my students how to approach the EXAM. Because most of the students dont know that where should they start the exam.
I even give specialized revision classes, notes and practice problems for each topic.

I believe that a student is not born great, he/she works hard to be great.
