Iam a training development,mentor,good leader and teacher with 12 years experience in education and management space. In my career have worked with a team of leaders and teachers of about 15-20 teaching staff,10-15 non teaching staff/casual workers and students base of 100 - 300 from ground level.Analysed and planned sustainability of students in the school, designed marketing policies that enabled recruitment of at least 70% of new entrants every year.one on one check of teachers weaknesses and strength inorder to aim for higher student performance and participatory method for better grades.so if your looking for a trainer/teacher, developer and a mentor its what I do best.
