It is evident over the years that traditional teaching is evolving and the profession is now becoming a critical thinking and problem-solving strategy using distance learning to reach most students that can help me to adjust to my students depending on various factors like diversity, preferences, and interests. this helps me to meet the needs of every student earnestly as a result improving their performance and learning experience. online teaching allows me to implement strategies like facilitation which supports creative thinking and problem-solving among students. as a teacher online teaching has become an effective way of student engagement helping them to adjust their mindset, especially during lessons to reach diversity competency. Therefore, an opportunity to teach my student is a way to ensure they excel academically and in other related fields while expanding their knowledge, and learning new things to help grow their creative thinking. most importantly establishing problem-solving habits. I would be grateful if given the opportunity to significantly impact my students' academic and hopefully career paths.
