I have12 years of experience of teaching tajwid, Tafsir and fiqh of Quran. I have taught both formally and informally. I taught at informal circles and at university as a permanent faculty too. I have taught children, women and elderly ladies. I have been delivering public lectures too.

My teaching methodology is inquisitive i.e. that develops the curiosity in the student to know more. I believe that learning activity should be a joyful experience. The aim should be to inculcate the love for religion and clarity to the level that gives confidence in practicing one's religion.

My greatest achievement so far is to teach Quran to elderly ladies. I taught them with conviction, regularity and commitment for several years. A large group of women completed the translation and tafsir of Quran with me. I believe that Quran can be understood at any stage of life. I have taught Tajwid to children too. They are quick learner and grasps the rules very quickly if taught correctly with love.

At university, I taught various courses related to Islamic Studies in a very formal setting. Therefore, my teaching methodology is a mix of both.
