I I have completed my degree in B.Sc (Maths,Physics and chemistry),my post graduation in M.Sc Physics and M.Tech in VLSI design.After completion of my studies I worked in IT industry for 5 years and then I resigned because of lack of satisfaction.I am interested in teaching side. So I started my career as tutor.

In my view, even after listening to class a student is approaching tutor means he struck somewhere in understanding the concept.As it is one to one conversation,I feel, it's teacher's responsibility to know where the student is facing difficulty and make it easy for him to understand.So before starting any concept I make sure that my student has thorough knowledge of basic concepts necessary to understand present concept.And while teaching I to grab student's concentration by questioning and getting answers from the student.I try my level best to make sure that student understands and learns concept in class itself .
