First I understand the student and try to make a good bonding with them . I think the student must free to share his views and opinions with me without any fear .I teach students in very easy language and correlate the subject with daily life examples as they can understand the concept.My main focus is to provide them a better understanding to subject or any topics.I help students in various school works,daily life solution,and various projects etc. I think student and teacher must have a better coordination.
