As an experienced educator, I make sure that the students have proper information about the assigned tasks and detailed information on analysing sources. To analyse and evaluate economic issues students should be guided appropriately. I have designed an active learning techniques and assessment strategy to make students more engaged in teaching learning process. Over the course of my sixteen years of teaching experience, I have taught students in different curriculum from Indian board to international A levels and IB boards . As my view is more students cantered but teacher and students are inseparable. I have made a teaching model which is more creative, challenging, rigorous in maintaining fairness with pluralistic approach.
I try to help students by differentiating to an extent which may help them in achieving their goal. I believe that learning requires deep understanding that can only come when students internalize and actively apply knowledge in creative and meaningful ways. In any class I teach, I always make sure that the students use real life situations and real world examples.
