I approach the problem in a very practical way so students find it interactive rather than boring. I usually don't scold the students. I let them ask me any kinds of silly doubts a lot of times. Am sure they will understand each and every kinds of applications in mathematics and start liking the subject. I give students time to process the method and make them do the sums repeatedly. I am pretty sure students will start enjoying my class and maintain a very good result throughout! All is well!
