Hello, my name is Larysa and I'm a concert pianist and a piano teacher from Ukraine. I have a Master's degree as teacher and performer (piano, organ) from the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy in Kiev, Ukraine. From 2005, I had concerts as a solo pianist and solo organist in Italy, Ukraine and Russia. I have also performed classical piano concerts around the world on cruise lines
for 10 years.
I have been teaching privately for about 10 years. My students range from 6 year olds to middle-aged adults, and from beginners to intermediate level students. I select material for lesson individually, according to my student’s wishes, needs and abilities. After each lesson, I will send a detailed home assignment with a resume of the important points of the studied material.

Ms Larysa is a great teacher and extremely talented

Ms. Larysa is an extremely talented musician and pianist with very effective teaching methods. She has been teaching our 14-year-old how to play the piano for a few weeks. Although our daughter has been playing piano for about 6 years, she still had a lot of difficulties with sight-reading. However, after the first class with Ms. Larysa, she started developing her confidence in sight-reading. Within a few weeks, she is working on her first advanced piece. She told us that, she always found playing the piano, very complicated until she started taking classes from Ms. Larysa.
Ms. Larysa will first do an evaluation of her students to help design lessons that work best to help them succeed. She is energetic, optimistic and makes the classes fun for her students. My daughter takes online classes and they are just as great as in person.
