Hi,

My self Sreelekshmi MS, a gradute specialised in Carnatic violin from the very famous music college in Kerala, RLV college. I have been studying violin from my very tender age under the tutelage of many reputed Violin Gurus and currently pursuing my classes under Sri . Nedumangad Shivanandan Sir. I am currently a live performing artists and performs for both classical concerts as well as fusion programs and have performed a 100 plus stages.

Regarding my teaching, I love to share what i learned from my Gurus and also from my own experiences and exposure to violin. I provide simple and easy techniques for understanding Carnatic violin styles and techniques. I mainly focus on the students ability, and then adapt my teaching style which suits them. I can guide from a beginner level to a Professional level. I am also experienced in handling different age groups as well. I provide recordings and audios offline for my students for their better understandings and easy learning. I usually give a free demo class first for the better understanding of both the parties and then move to regular classes. Medium of Classes is through English and Malayalam. The duration of class is one hour ( I really value your time!!!).

Very effective teaching; motivating, patient and helpful.

Ma'am is a wonderful teacher. It is evident that she is passionate about music, which makes all the difference. She clearly understands my difficulties and gives the right tip to take care of them. A very patient person, she teaches with ease, revealing her expertise. It was very nice to get her help with practice assignments, through notes and audio clips, beyond the contact hours. She has been very quick to respond to my requests for help. Most importantly, very motivating!

Unprofessional Approach

This tutor showed least responsibility in responding to my queries & did not begin the classes as promised, neither did she provide a proper reason for the delay.
Wasted my time unnecessarily !!!
