My methadology is based on concepts basically, once a child understands the concept then the subject becomes interesting. Making subject interesting and then letting the child dig himself/herself on it. Regular tests are necessary to know whether the child is learning it or not. Once the interest is developed in a subject the child will start enjoying it and becomes his/her favorite subject. This is the best way to get excellent results. I believe on motivating the child at the same time as it makes the child confident and helps in getting good score.
