I believe in one on one attention. Lessons will not be taught just for the sake of completing the syllabus on time. This would be a more friendly interaction than a typical teacher student interaction. The students individual capability is considered more. Teaching format will vary for each student depending on their types of interests to keep them engaged. Language is not a barrier students may interact in English, Sinhala or Tamil.
In class tutorials and tests will be held regularly to evaluate the students understanding on each units covered. Theory and past papers will be covered in parallel. Past papers (about 8 years) will be completed on each units. First 2-3 papers will be done with my support. 5-6 papers will be done on class hours with timing. The rest will be allocated for the student to complete each day after the class. Practical lessons will be taught with the help of experimental videos for clear understanding. Each unit would be revised several times till the student gains confidence and I feel satisfaction in the performance.
