Ajay J. Nayar Asst Professor

I love to teach, not with just an exam-perspective, but with a more well rounded experience. This urges me to constantly guide, cousell and mentoring the student, to up-skill his potential. Having been teaching for over a decade and my international academic experience, I have come to realize the sorry state of how simple subjects like Engineering Graphics, Thermodynamics etcetera are handled by teachers, without appreciating its importance. This gulf of misinformation is what I intend to bridge.

I had been working as an Asst Professor of Mechanical Engineering at PES University, Bangalore since the past 5 years. Before that, I was working in a different university in another state for 3 years. I hold a European Masters is Spacecraft Engineering from "Ecole Superieure", France and the University of Southampton, UK. I completed my B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Madras. Additionally, I also have work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.

I am a Life Member of the Combustion Institute, Faculty Member of Society of Automobile Engineers, Member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Thanks to a wonderful teacher

Ajay Nayar Sir has been teaching Engineering drawing for my son for past 3 months. He is a teacher par excellence. He would always be ready to help my son any time of the day or night. There were times when he would come home as early as 5AM and also many times stay as late as 11 PM.He is one of those rare persons who considers teaching as "breath of his life".He always goes an extra mile to help my son.He is always there motivating, guiding and mentoring my son.My son is extremely lucky to have found such a good teacher and a wonderful human being whose association one would like to continue for life.
