I'm a result-oriented individual with a proven skill set in relating effectively with excellent oral and written communication skill. I have the ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate activities utilizing innovative, dynamic and pedagogical means. As a professional teacher, I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom, I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusive within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my student's backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
When teaching my students (Adults and Children) I plan and implement a variety of teaching pedagogy to emphasise engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration and problem-solving through a range of technologies. Alongside this, I constantly seek opportunities to make learning connected and incorporate cross-curriculum priorities and by providing multiple ways that students can learn with technology and real-life contexts which lays the foundation tools that students will need to think creatively, logically and metacognitively.
