I am Dr. Jayashree from Deepthys Institute of Training. I have done Ph.D, M.B.A and M.H.R.M. I have also completed Diplôme and DALF C 1 in French. I have excelled in all my academic achievements.

I have around 20 years of teaching and training Soft Skills, Effective English and French for various levels and needs for individuals, institutions and the Corporate.

I worked as an Assistant Professor in Hindustan and SRM University in the MBA Department. I am specialized in Communication, French and HR related subjects. I have been a project guide for more than 100 students both for their summer internship project and their final research project.

I have prepared students for the European Common exams and have made them excel in their performance. I have also taught students from schools, colleges for their curriculum French and for individuals who look for jobs in French speaking countries.

I believe in making teaching-learning an enjoyable experience. I reach out to the students and first assess and understand their needs. I then design a training module customized to their requirements before imparting the training program.

I understand the inhibitions that the learners possess and adopt specific steps to overcome them so that they become open to learning. The learning process then becomes a two way discussion that will enable the learners to participate and take responsibility for their learning. Ultimately, such a responsibility will facilitate in the internalization of knowledge.

Further, I ensure that whatever the students learn, it needs to be practically applicable. So there is always a dynamic approach to the teaching- learning process with continuous assessment and reinforcement.

I strive to make the individuals independent in their learning and facilitate them towards a process of self-discovery which will make the learning practical and internalized.

Students who have undertaken our programs till now have gained confidence to become independent and enterprising. They have done very well be it in studies, work or life.
