I believe in student friendly approach. My first motive is to inspire students to love the artform, Dance. Once their interest develops, I guide them to achieve higher levels of excellence, so that they feel immensely joyful when they dance, making Dance a big source of stressbuster. Students targeting for becoming professional performers are trained with equal care and guidance. Technical friendly methods, training focussing on both Theory and Practical aspects of Dance extensively covered. Students come out with flying colors both in exams and competitions. I focus on making my students aware of the immense possibility in Dance.

  • Director (Apr, 2010–Present) at Anweshan center of Dance
    The organization is a premium organization catering to needs of students belonging to different age groups for proper training in Kathak dance and Creative Dance. The Director, Smt Arunima Sengupta Basu, is a National Scholarship recipient under the Ministry of Culture Govt of India. She's is an ICCR empanelled Artist and has also received Gradation from Delhi Doordarshan. She has branches running successfully in Kolkata and other places. Students are trained in Dance both as hobby and professional excellence.
