I believe working on knowledge primary and then on grades of students. For me student's improvement in studies in priority and not improvement in grades. I am Friend first and then teacher. I don't teach like a teacher but I teach like a student. Based on my knowledge and experience in child psychology and pedagogy I believe that students and teachers should give me an opportunity. My teaching and use of teaching technique is completely based on student grade subject hobbies living conditions career choice behaviour past experience and other factors
