I have done masters in yoga. I have qualified QCI level 2, NSDC Level 5, as a yoga teacher. Completed 200 hours yoga alliance certified TTC. I have qualified UGC Net exam. I am a Yoga Teacher with Sri Sri School of Yoga from 2018. Presently pursuing PhD in my subject. I teach with sincerity and care. I don't miss class. I encourage queries from students, also explain things clearly. I observe how they are progressing over time and make sure students growth. I apply new ideas while teaching. I also take regular test for students improvement. I give importance to both practical and theoretical knowledge. I can teach yoga philosophy, practical yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Mudra, bandha, Pranayama, Meditation. I also take yoga therapy sessions for different physical and mental problems. I am also corporate yoga trainer. I take individual general yoga, yoga therapy and group yoga sessions. I live in Dum dum area.

Fee details

    ₹600–5,000/hour (US$7.19–59.88/hour)

    Individual session 3 days a week, Total 12 classes, Monthly charge, Rs.5000. Individual consultation for yoga therapy, charge is Rs.600 per session. Group session charge vary from Rs.1500 to Rs. 5000 per session. Duration of each session is 1 hour to 1hour and 30 minutes.
