I believe in personalizing every students class according to what they need and want from their classes. My methodology is based on at least 15% minimum talk time for the teacher 85%maximum talk time for the student. I believe that every student should get the answers they are looking for from their teacher results matter the student must be improving every month that is how I measure my performance as a teacher.
There is no right or wrong way to teach I use multiple methods to teach the method depends upon which method or combination of methods works for each student. Teachers must be flexible and reliable. Students are looking to the teacher to guide them to learning the English language not to take away their talk time meaning their ability to practice the language. Correction should and must be used when students need a hand otherwise the teacher should get out of the way and give their student time to practice and to improve.

    As Dirctor of Studies I was responsible for all areas of the academic program including curriculum, teacher hiring and training, level testing etc. I also, on occasion stepped into the classroom to fill in for teachers.

    My primary duties was to supervise the teachers and to help with the revision of the schools curriculum. I also, was responsible for interviewing, selecting and training new teachers as well. I was responsible for assigning teachers classes and evaluating teaching performance. On occasion I stepped into the classroom, if a teacher was out or, if we didn't have enough teachers at any one time.

    My primary duties was as a teacher trainer. I taught people to become English teacher, so they could earn their TEFL certifications. The classes were in semesters of 2 months each with a one month break in between new semesters. My secondary duties was as a senior ESL teacher teaching mostly business English to international businessmen and engineers. I also, taught exam preparation for TOEFL, TOEIC and most of the Cambridge based exams such as FCE and CAE. I also, occasionally taught specialty classes including accent reduction and idioms including both British and American idioms.

Fee details

    Mex$175/hour (US$10.47/hour)

    Mxn 175 pesos an hour if the class is either at my house or on a Skype class. If I must travel to a persons house or to some other location the student will pay 250 per hour to pay for my transportation and time for traveling. For exam preparation the price online and at my house is 210 pesos an hour, if I have to travel 275 pesos an hour.
