A tutor should be well versed in his subject.As a teacher I am ready to guide and support provide the student ready to cooperate.Apart from study guide,I can give suggestion regarding increasing speed and memory of student.I would also chose English medium student but I have no problem in communicàting in Hindi as well as Bengali.Before teaching I want to know about strength and weakness of the student.My motive will be to remove his weakness as well as improve his strength.I am a also give extra hour during exam time or during test.
