For me teaching is not just another job but to make understand concepts to students which will stay with them forever and not for just passing examination. To make students read between lines, to make them fall in love with subject is something I will aspire. While educating students I will educate myself too. After understanding students capacity I will change my technique, the intention being he/she should understand content completely. I can not answer what makes me a great teacher? unless the student feels it same way. I will try my best to share the knowledge I have.
