I am a practising educator with nine years of experience teaching IGCSE and A levels in English Language and Literature for CAIE and IBDP.

My teaching methodology involves packaging concepts/skills in bite-size modules so that learners are not overwhelmed by the complexities of the English language. I aim to connect the relevance of concepts/skills learnt with practicality as life skills. I design personalised study plans with engaging content and use multiple teaching strategies to help students with varied learning styles.

Review and feedback is provided for assignments and past exam papers with special emphasis on previous/sample candidate responses and band descriptors to ensure that the student is familiar with the examination board's expectations. In terms of results, I have tutored a number of students who have secured A*, A and B grades with a 100% pass rate, so far.

As a Cambridge Assessment Examiner at the IGCSE and A levels for English Language and Literature, I work with learners to enhance the quality of their reading and writing skills by teaching them best and effective practices.

I am also a translator with two published novels and a course author.

She is a very good teacher

Tutor Yogeshwari Sampath's teaching style is rigorous and systematic. Her sessions are tailor made for the student. There is absolutely no compromise on the flexibility that is required in the teaching of a language. Her sessions are interesting and make the student look forward to the next.
