I have been a part-time tutor for about 6+ years now. I have worked with both children and adults and they have gone on to do well in their exams, be it for school, board exams or even DELF. I have worked with children pursuing Cambridge/ IB, CBSE and so on and so forth. I tailor my teaching to each individual's needs and am passionate, hard working and enthusiastic about teaching people. I believe that my credentials and teaching experience has helped me in being consistent and helpful with helping out people who reach out to me for their tutoring needs.
I am currently based in Versailles, France as an English Language Assistant. I work with children from ages 3-11 and help them learn English through creative ways such as games, sports and also promote cultural awareness about India. I have also worked as a translator in the UN for about 1 and half years.
I hold a Masters in French (Translation and Interpretation) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. I also hold a BA Hons. degree in French and a C1 DALF (Diplôme approfondie en langue française). Additionally, I have learned Korean on my own and do a bit of translation work in it. Apart from French, I hold a B1 level certification in German and have completed B2.1 from Goethe Institut, Pune, India.

Classes are very interesting and value for your time

Sumedha is very patient with her students. Rather than finishing topics one after another she makes sure that the basics of the language becomes strong. She pays attention to details and points out even minor mistakes which let's one attain perfect knowledge of the topic. Most importantly, her way of teaching is not monotonous and thus the learning experience isn't boring at all.
