I am competent, committed and passionate for teaching. I am a lifelong learner, a motivated speaker and always careful about value addition as to what I do. I am really able to multitask as I have combined theoretical knowledge and practical wisdom during my more than three decades of association in learning and teaching. I have cross cultural competence both as a student of Anthropology, English Literature, Social Work, Management and Banking to name a few and my exposure in teaching, practicing, researching for for-profit and non-profit areas.

I am positively judgmental, capable of giving my best and unearthing the best from my students. I am space less and comfortable to teach online, offline and is a quick lifelong learner. I am a self-manager, learner, practitioner, experiential and empirical researcher. I forget the boundary when I interchange my position from a teacher to a learner. I go in flow, forget time in the knowledge transfer process. I trust I am capable of delivering much more than I promise. I am really a distinct, innovative and creative thinker. I not only work but work to exceed my committed performance level.
