I think I am suitable as a teacher first because I have a good teaching experience. I am always kind and helpful, if the student finds it difficult to understand I make sure I find out some way to deliver the lesson to them. I do not discourage the student for their inability to grasp quickly.

With the beginners I mostly play games to get their attention and interest into the class. I do not let the student be stressed out. I prepare well before class to be sure that the best is delivered. I will arrange the videos for them in case they need to see it for better understanding. For improving the reading I find stories so that they can get familiar with as many words as they can. I also let the students question me regarding the lesson to which I provide appropriate answer. I review the previous day class and prepare short test for them to evaluate how much have they learned and provide a feedback to their parents so they can look up to them as well and be satisfied.
