As I have a rich industrial as well as teaching experience,I can confidently say that every chemical aspect can be easily linked to practical application and thus making the subject interesting and easy.I think the way of teaching should be in such a way that to make the student adopt the subject in his life so as to correlate it with day to day activities.In my opinion teaching learning is a two way process and the student should actively participate in learning.Then only the curriculam will be successful.A teacher should be one who understands the student and make him/her to develop the talents as his own.
