I am an alumna of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. I completed my MSc and PhD in Chemistry in 2005 and 2011 respectively. After completion of my MSc, I have worked in various premier laboratories within India and abroad, including National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Mohali (India), University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, University of Pittsburgh, Carneigie Melon University and so on. My research focuses on developing novel drug delivery systems, therapeutic bio-conjugates and imaging tools for the treatment and diagnosis of various diseases including cancer and neuropsychiatric disorders. Teaching is my passion. I had also served as a graduate teaching assistant in Chemistry for 4 years, while pursuing my doctoral degree from IIT Kharagpur. I am available to teach Chemistry online for any board from Class VIII to MSc level. I can also help with the preparation of JEE main, JEE Advanced, JAM, MSc Entrance tests for various universities, GATE, NET and Subject-GRE. have significant experience with on-line teaching using pen-tablet. Because of my years of experience with interdisciplinary research and teaching, as well as travelling across the globe in connection to my study and work, I can be a friend, philosopher and guide for my students, and help them to think out-of-the-box and spread wings in their real life. Apart from teaching and research, I am trying to use my expertise in Indian Classical Music and Neuroscience to solve various social, cognitive and behavioral issues while creating public awareness on the healing power of Indian Classical Music.
