You're getting introduced to Nidhi Verma, a TTT Certified Professional Trainer specialized in English grammar, pronunciation, accent correction and MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and/or RI (Regional Influence) reduction. By education, I'm an Electronics Engineer from one of the best colleges in Haryana - YMCA, and an Indian Air Force officer (retd.). I have 10 years of work experience in BPO, ITES and Finance industries. Please note that I'm not an "English Teacher", I'm an "English Communication Trainer and Coach". I'm also trained in Hindi and functional Sanskrit.

In training delivery, I prefer one-to-one training sessions instead of a group and the reason is that everyone has different learning needs, pace, and styles. If it is a group, then all the participants must share the same goal to facilitate collaborative learning. I train based on the VARK (Visual, Aural, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic) methodology and personalized activities instead of the traditional rote-learning methods based on the learners' interests.

Even though I specialize in accent training, I advise my trainees to stick to neutral English instead of picking an accent. Whether it's the American, British or Australian accent, for the native speaker of a non-English language, these accents sound unnatural, funny and at times, fake as well for the natural voice quality of an individual.

I expect my trainee(s) to put as much effort into the training as I do, therefore, consecutive training sessions will only be held if the task/homework from the previous session has been completed - and trust me! you'll enjoy the homework I give, immensely. :-)

The payment frequency can be either per session, weekly, fortnightly or monthly - in advance. It may vary based on the frequency of training sessions and the first trial session can be offered at half the usual charge to give you an opportunity to judge the relevance and quality of training that'll be imparted.
