As an MBA, many years of practice of explaining is partially a result of my instinctive desire to teach. Also, it could be the "teaching gene" I’ve inherited from my father, who is now a retired professor. I learned from him that teaching is more than just passing on information. What matters far more is showing people how to use this knowledge and how to think for themselves.
