Weaving Unit (Picanol Summum, Picanol Omni Plus, Picanol Toyota 170) Printing Machines and Power House (Janbechor Gas Engine)

Job Responsibility:
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Gas Engines, Compressors, Chillers and Cooling Towers.
• Test, maintain and repair electric/electronics control of picanol machinery including power relay logic PLC S7300
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices and repair electrical motor control of Picanol Summum.
• Troubleshoot and repair and install mechanical, electrical and instrument type like hydraulic, pneumatic, gear, bearing, and all type of belt, solenoid valve and sensor in Picanol Summum.
• Checking and inspection of low voltage cable, switchgears/panels and motor system and PLC S7 300 and Inverters Drives.
• Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
• Performs electrical maintenance in the workshop test, assembles, install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles, control panel, circuit breaker.
• Handle re-program and check speed drive control for electrical motor of Siemens S7-300 PLC of picanol summum.

• Calibration of Instrumentation and Measurement, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering.
• Mechanism, Engineering Dynamics, Fundamental of Thermal Science. Conducted few session on National Instruments (MyRio, Compact Rio, NIELVIS).
