As someone who values and practices discipline, empathy and respect, I believe I can be a positive role model to students.During my career, I have made a conscious effort to evaluate my actions, choices and attitudes so that I can eventually be seen as an inspirational role model, helping students take away values that will prepare them to be responsible and caring adults and professionals. I have prepared myself to carry out a role that is essential in our society and I'm proud to say it's one which gives me enormous satisfaction.
Students feel easy to ask questions, they feel the friendly environment that I create during the Lecture.
Helping students with their basic knowledge about topic is necessary but helping students with their home works and assignments is very essential.
i don't believe in scolding students rather, i prefer to encourage them to ask questions and I really like to answer the questions and to make the session interactive.

Experience as a Guardian of a Student

I would like to give my feedback, for Miss Yusra. I live in Wiesbaden and my son needed help in his Masters subjects. Mostly Programming languages. Yusra has been a great help. She is extremely professional, punctual and helpful. She has very good expertise in her subject areas. She helps the students as a mentor, give them good examples, teah them very nicely and help them in assignments. Her attitude as a person, as a professional is extremely trust worthy and reliable. As a mother, of a son, who monitored myself my son's studies, I would highly recommend her for other students. I can provide review also if required on phone.
