A Student is a learner, and they frequently tell there problem with person who understands there mind. Only solution of any question is not important for them but also process of solution is as well as important.
I am 3 time gate qualified and know where a student make mistake, I taught B. Tech student with there base on they stands to what they needed. Basically I teach with friendly environment so student can understand and ask where they confused.
My main target is student satisfaction so if some time they don't like my methodology I am simply change my way, so that student can understands the concept. I basically believed that if a student can solve a problem by there hands once they can more approachable then solve by teacher so, I usually taught by vowel all theory and numerical and also gives assignment so they revise what they learn.
