I worked as a technical lead in corporate industry for more than 12 years (various MNCs), before picking up full fledged training (academic and corporate) as my only profession thereby pursing my passion for teaching. However during my industrial days I provided many internal training to internship batches and in recent past I also provided external corporate training to several batches pertaining to Java and related technologies with hands on project.
My Skill Sets cover - C, Core Java, Data Structures, Jsp, Servlets, Jdbc, Hibernate, Spring, DBMS(Oracle, MySql), SQL, PLSql, and Salesforce (Cloud Computing).
I always prefer to have an interactive class and provide as many real life examples as possible to the students so that they are acclimatized with the problem(scenario based) and objective of learning a particular topic. This also includes assessment.
