Greetings of the day !

Please find below the details of my approach to teaching and learning process being practiced.

First of all I do an assessment of the learner's previous knowledge to get to know his or her challenge areas .

Once assessment in the form of a diagnostic test is done, a highly customized lesson module is planned and delivered as per the learners' pace and style of learning preferences.

Post that an assessment is done again to ensure that learning has really taken place or not. If not, a remediation is done again, necessary feedback is shared to address the concern areas enabling the learners to overcome those challenges . Plenty of age appropriate task worksheets and mock tests are given for more and more practice to overcome the challenges .

All the four basic skills of language i.e. Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening are practiced on a regular basis . Learning is made fun some and the teaching method is made experiential by default .

Rules of functional grammar and building of vocabulary bank are taught in a context so that the retention becomes easy and long lasting.

Creative writing is practiced after detailing the context, purpose, and audience of writing prompt at length.

Skimming and Scanning are taught to find the answers of the explicit and implicit questions of the reading comprehension passages.

Outstanding Coach

My two sons are under the guidance of Rakesh Sir for quite some time. I have seen a remarkable change in their vocabulary, grammar and writing skills. My kids are getting independent and enjoying English especially the creative writing part. My sincere thanks to Rakesh Sir for his constant guidance and support. His approach of teaching is admirable.

Excellent English teacher

My son has started his class with Rakesh sir and i am happy to see that he is on his path to improvement. His challenge in English was the writing part and he is improving with Rakesh Sir's proper guidance.He is an excellent mentor who keeps students focused on their works.I am blessed to have a great teacher for my son and wish to have a long term guidance .

An Excellent Mentor

Words seem to be less if I have to review Rakesh Sir..He is not only an excellent teacher with sound knowledge of the English but also a great mentor. I am happy to see that my daughter is in safe hands of Rakesh Sir. Under his supervision, my daughter's concepts are building, she has started enjoying the subject now. He doesn't rush with syllabus but his primary emphasis on the concept building and teaching a student with his/her pace of learning capacity. He doesn't burden student with assignments or homework but he is always ready to help his students in each and every manner not limited to his subject. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful mentor for my daughter and hope to have a long term association with Rakesh Sir!!
