pradnya parab Mentor

I believe that when students ask questions, teachers should not directly answer them, instead teachers can help students explore the concept and relate it to day-to-day examples. this way student gets answers to all the questions regarding the concept, gets ability to hypothesise condition instead of blindly believing whatever written or told. and during my teaching sessions i mostly follow this methodology.
i believe that teaching shouldn't be linked to the grades or scores, it needs to be linked more to the understanding of pupil. teaching with this method always helps student to grasp the content easily. and that what gets you good grades. along with this methodology i love to try new ways to teach and that solely depends on the student's interest.
