Hari Om to everyone who is going through my profile. As I am a fresher in the field of teaching I am having 1 year of experience of teaching because my mom is also a teacher and earlier I used to teach students at my home.
I will provide students with the specific points so that students will able to write their own answers which will help them to be independent and they will gain more knowledge by researching themselves and I will give some topics for the assignments so that they will be able to do their every work on their own
My methodology of teaching would be different, my main motive is that students should gain much potential, and confidence about their particular subject if someone or any interviewer asks any questions, so a student would be able to answer their question in a tactful manner.

Marks don't define your knowledge, but knowledge will define your character, confidence, IQ level, you should compete with yourself so you can gain more knowledge, competition with others may fill you with the negativities, but competition with yourself will teach you how to be strong, confident, so if one day you see yourself in the past and think how much you improved yourself and that thing will make you feel proud one day.
So go ahead with your weakness to change into your strengths.
