A very fast and intelligent teacher who is willing to give her all to ensure the students pass his/her exams. My methodology entails teacher-student relationship, parents-teacher relationship as well.
I will also ensure that students feel comfortable around me. In case a student is having any domestic problems at home, i will ensure that is sorted out through guidance and counselling.

A student who does well in her studies is appreciated through gifts from Teacher-student ( with parents being aware of the situation).

I will also encourage singing/chorus to enable students memorize easily.
