I am a young tutor with broad mindset and believe every every student should be equal in the eyes of the tutor regardless of their academic performance. Everyone perspective is different and thus should taught accordingly. I prefer one to one teaching. First I will understand them the subjects importance and then the communication style between teacher and student. I will teach from basic and according to student's standard and every week there will be exams so that I can keep track of student's improvement record. I just want one thing from student's side whether the he/she having problems in understanding they should tell me without any hesitation cause first thing to learn something is to communicate properly. There should be no communication gap. I will give homework regularly but very little as I will try make them learn something from me within this time only. And also I want parents to appreciate every little improvement of your child so that they can improve more in the future.
