Biomedical Statistics Biostatistics Project on Vaccination Effect: Performed descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and modeling using R, STATA and SPSS to assess vaccination effects on piglets' weight gain. Statistical Analysis and Visualization for Disease Prediction: Analysis of clinical data to predict disease outcomes using Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and R. 3. Medical Image Processing / Medical Image Informatics DICOM Viewer Project: A desktop application using Python and QT Designer to visualize axial, sagittal, and coronal DICOM images, including 3D reconstruction. Skin Disease Detection Application: Built using Flutter for UI integration with a deep learning model for skin disease classification.
