Most important question I ask is whether the kid wants to gain the knowledge or marks, according to which I'd be teaching the kid. Basics is something I really want the kids to be perfect so as to make them feel comfortable and easy while studying so I make them good in basics first if they are not. Daily 1,hr tuition and 1-2(maximum) hrs work,the kid will automatically gain the marks he/she has worked for. I focus on how much the kid has learnt and is he/she able to show it to us by performing good in the tests or exams.

    Depending on the performance of the kid in the demo classes I take.
