Throughout my years of involvement in Islamic education, I have dedicated myself to both teaching and personal scholarly growth. As a Sunday School teacher at the Islamic Foundation of Toronto since 2018, I have guided students in learning Quranic recitation with Tajweed, fostering their understanding of Islamic principles. Additionally, I have taught in summer Hifz programs, supporting young students in memorizing the Quran. My own passion for Quranic studies has led me to participate in Qira’atul Quran and Hifz competitions, where I earned second and third place, further strengthening my recitation skills. Currently, I am pursuing part-time Alimiyyah studies at Al-Khalil Academy while completing my Master’s degree at University of Toronto, balancing my commitment to Islamic scholarship with advanced academic education.
